I have been a tenant of the Mundaring Wellness Centre for over two years now.
The setting is lovely and it’s a very relaxing and tranquil environment for both me and my clients.
I have found the proprietor Helen Hart to be very helpful and responsive to the needs of my clients and myself.
The rooms are always clean, fresh and pleasant. My clients often comment on the pleasant room we use for our sessions.
Helen also puts a great deal of time and effort into creating a supportive community among the tenants of the rooms.
All in all, the Wellness Centre experience has been a great one.

Traditionally Tai Chi & QiGong are performed in the outdoors in touch with nature. The weather is not always so kind. In perfect, year round, air conditioned comfort we gaze through the panoramic windows of Harmony Hall, here at the Wellness Centre, and imagine we are outdoors. By using our breath to relax in combination with slow, gentle movements while listening to music we help to prevent injury, build muscle strength, calm the mind and improve our general wellbeing.
